Tazzire’s scales were unlike anything seen among the Xaela. Strange, mesmerizing, and impossible to ignore. But his uniqueness that set him apart began long before his transformation. He was born into a body that never felt like home, forced into an identity and garments that weighed on him like a constant burden. Even as a child, that quiet distress shaped the way he saw himself and his world.A story, whispered among his people, took root in his heart: a legend of Nhamaa, the Dusk Mother, whose essence was said to dwell within a sacred cave on the Azim Steppe. Desperate for belonging, for purpose, Tazzire set out alone to find it, hopeful it would answer his unspoken prayers.
He did not know that no one who had touched Nhamaa’s essence had ever returned.
When he finally reached the cave, its glow called to him. Drawn forward, he stretched out his hand. The moment his fingers brushed the radiant stones, heat surged through him—blinding, overwhelming like the moon itself—until his world was swallowed by light.And then, darkness.Hours later, he awoke.Something had changed.The black scales and physical form he had always known were gone. In its place shimmered something impossible: deep violet hues swirling like distant galaxies on a body that finally felt like home. Stars flickered beneath the surface of his skin, shifting and pulsing with every emotion. A living cosmos etched across his body.Certain he had been blessed by the Dusk Mother, Tazzire returned home, heart alight with hope.However, his tribe did not celebrate his return; they feared it. He was the only one to survive the cave, the only one to come back… altered. To them, he was no longer simply Xaela. He was something else. Something unknown. Perhaps even cursed.And so Tazzire, marked by starlight and shadow alike, became isolated and alone.

{Personality}

Tazz can often get confused or overwhelmed, so the surefire way to win his heart is to be there for him; his love language is touch and time spent together. While food and small gifts are nice, he really wants someone strong and straightforward to lean on. He's pretty easy to impress, though it needs to be actions, not words, that win his heart. He's gone through a lot of loss at his young age and wants to feel like you're in it with him for the long run.Tl:dr He's just a soft, naive muscle boy that needs someone to take care of him
